Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern all use of the xbajivip platform, including the website, any mobile-optimised version, and all services, features, games, and promotions offered through it. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or accessing any game on xbajivip, you are entering into a binding agreement and confirming your full acceptance of these Terms.

xbajivip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and display a prominent notice on the platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence for that promotion only.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to use xbajivip, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are not excluded from gambling through any self-exclusion scheme, court order, or regulatory restriction applicable to you.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by xbajivip for a breach of these Terms.
• You are registering a single account only. Opening more than one account per person is strictly prohibited.
• The funds you use to deposit are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal or unlawful activity.

xbajivip reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Players who cannot provide satisfactory proof of age when requested will have their accounts suspended and all pending withdrawals placed on hold until verification is complete. Where underage gambling is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any deposits will be returned minus any amounts already wagered.

It is the sole responsibility of the player to ensure that their use of xbajivip complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction. xbajivip makes no representations that access to or use of the platform is lawful in any specific territory. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and legal liability.

Account Registration

To access the full range of features on xbajivip — including deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, live casino, and slots — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. During the registration process, you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. • One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold one active account on xbajivip. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Verification (KYC): xbajivip may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) at any time. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID and proof of address.
• Contact Details: You must keep your registered email address and phone number up to date. xbajivip is not responsible for missed communications resulting from outdated contact details.
• Account Currency: All xbajivip accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals.

Deposits & Withdrawals

xbajivip supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored specifically for players in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer to supported Bangladeshi financial institutions including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and others.

Deposits are credited to your xbajivip account balance promptly upon confirmation of receipt. bKash and Nagad deposits typically reflect in your account within 30 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during standard business hours. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger additional identity verification steps.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the xbajivip finance team within 24 hours of submission during normal operating conditions. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 2 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one banking day.

• Wagering Prior to Withdrawal: Deposits made without an active bonus must be wagered at least once before withdrawal to satisfy standard transaction processing requirements.
• Withdrawal Identity Check: xbajivip reserves the right to request identity documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a security measure to protect your account.
• Payment Method Matching: For anti-money-laundering compliance, withdrawals will be returned to the original deposit method as a first priority. Exceptions require written approval from our compliance team.
• Transaction Limits: Individual deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction may apply depending on the payment method selected. Limits are displayed at the point of transaction initiation.

Bonuses & Promotions

xbajivip offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry periods. General bonus terms are set out below, but players should always review the promotion-specific terms before claiming any offer.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x). This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Maximum Bet While Bonus Is Active: While a bonus is active on your account, a maximum single bet or spin limit applies (typically ৳500 per round or as stated in the promotion terms). Bets exceeding this limit may result in the bonus being voided.

• Abuse & Exploitation: xbajivip reserves the right to void any bonus and confiscate associated winnings if it reasonably suspects that a player has abused a promotion, used a bonus in bad faith, or employed strategies designed to exploit bonus terms rather than engage in genuine play.

Seasonal promotions tied to the Bangladeshi calendar — including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26) — are subject to their own promotion-specific terms published at the time of the relevant offer. xbajivip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where circumstances outside our control require it.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets, casino game rounds, and crash game sessions on xbajivip are governed by the specific rules published for each product category within the platform. The general principles below apply across all product types. In the event of any conflict between these general rules and a product-specific rule, the product-specific rule prevails.

• Bet Acceptance: A sports bet is not confirmed until a bet reference number has been issued and the bet appears in your account's transaction history. xbajivip reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our absolute discretion without providing a reason.
• Void Bets: Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment, data feed error, clear pricing error, or technical failure. In all void cases, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance.
• Obvious Errors: If a price, odds, or game outcome is published due to a clear and obvious error (e.g., incorrect odds caused by a data feed malfunction), xbajivip reserves the right to correct the error and settle bets at the correct price, regardless of whether the bet was placed and accepted before the error was identified.
• Results & Settlements: Sports bet settlements are based on the official result at the end of the relevant event. Results from third-party data providers are used as a reference. In the event of a dispute, xbajivip's records will be treated as the authoritative source subject to review.
• Casino Game Fairness: All casino games offered on xbajivip use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are provided by licensed studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi and are subject to those providers' own certification standards.
• Crash Games: Crash game rounds are governed by provably fair algorithms. Results are verifiable by players. xbajivip does not influence, alter, or manipulate crash game outcomes in any way.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the xbajivip platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods is a criminal offence and will result in immediate account closure and law enforcement referral.
• Money Laundering: Using the xbajivip platform to deposit, transfer, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity is strictly prohibited. xbajivip complies with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information to gain an unfair advantage in poker or other multi-player games, or otherwise engage in collusive play is prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, using automated systems to exploit bonus structures, or any systematic exploitation of promotional offers constitutes bonus abuse.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, AI-assisted tools, or any automated system to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players is strictly prohibited.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback with your bank or mobile money provider while funds have been used on the platform is considered fraudulent conduct. xbajivip will pursue recovery of funds and close accounts involved in chargeback abuse.
• Match Fixing & Integrity Violations: Placing bets in connection with any prior knowledge of match fixing, spot fixing, or any other integrity violation in sport is illegal and strictly prohibited.

Account Suspension & Closure

xbajivip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at our sole discretion. In most cases involving suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, suspension will occur without prior notice to preserve the integrity of any investigation. In all other cases, reasonable advance notice will be given where practically possible.

Common grounds for account suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to provide requested verification documentation within a reasonable period, chargeback initiation, engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7, and requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Player-Initiated Closure: You may request the closure of your xbajivip account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests submitted through the responsible gaming self-exclusion pathway will be processed with additional safeguards in accordance with our Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Outstanding Balances: If your account is closed by you voluntarily and your balance is clear of any active bonus wagering requirements, any remaining verified balance will be paid out to your registered payment method within 5 business days.
• Suspended Account Balances: Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any balance will be held and not released until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a violation, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.
• Reactivation: Voluntarily closed accounts may be reactivated upon request subject to a review of account status. Accounts closed for responsible gaming (self-exclusion) will not be reactivated until the full exclusion period has elapsed, with no exceptions.
